We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in IT recruitment. You will work closely with experienced recruiters to identify, engage, and hire top technology talent while gaining hands-on experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Learn about various IT technologies and technical roles to effectively support hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–6 months of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition (internship experience is also considered).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn technical recruitment and IT industry trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or sourcing techniques.
