Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate should be comfortable with content creation, publishing, community management, and performance tracking across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing and business goals
  • Write captions, hashtags, and short content copies for posts, stories, and reels
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creatives and campaigns
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience in a timely manner
  • Track performance of posts and campaigns and prepare basic reports
  • Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices
  • Support paid and organic campaigns when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media handling or digital marketing
  • Good understanding of major social media platforms and content formats
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work with designers and marketing teams
  • Basic understanding of branding and audience targeting

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience with scheduling and social media management tools
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
  • Exposure to influencer collaboration or campaign coordination
